Frequently asked questions

1. What services do we offer?

At Dreamy Sun Massage, I provide personalized massage therapy designed for muscle pain relief, tension reduction, and deep relaxation. Every session is tailored to your needs—whether you prefer a relaxation massage or a more therapeutic, treatment-focused approach.

2. How do you know which massage is right for you?

If you’re dealing with tight muscles, stiffness, or chronic tension, a therapeutic massage may be best.
If your goal is to relax, de-stress, and unwind, a relaxation-focused session is perfect.
Not sure? Don’t worry—I’ll assess your needs and customize the session for you.

3. Can you get both relaxation and pain relief in one session?

Absolutely. Many clients enjoy a blend of deep muscle work and soothing relaxation techniques.
Your massage is always personalized based on your goals for the day.

4. What should you expect during your first visit?

Your first visit includes a short consultation so I can understand your pain points, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
This ensures you get the most effective and personalized massage possible.

5. Do we accept same-day appointments?

Appointments are highly recommended. However, you may check availability for same-day openings by texting me at (206) 451-7311 (Confirmation will be sent via email)

6. What is our cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to protect my time and availability for other clients.

7. Do you need to tip?

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. Your comfort comes first; choose whatever feels right for you.

8. Do we accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes service and provider information, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and company, please check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm.

9. What should you wear?

Undress to your comfort level. You will always be professionally draped, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
